Hi hzarkowsk, My suggestion would be, buy some "foam" sheets (at hobby, craft store) they are approx. 1/8th" thick and come in a variety of sizes/colors. And instead of a "schoolhouse", how about a "schoolbus"? I'm sure you could cut-out the "basic" shape of the bus in yellow, and cut two circles (wheels) out of black. I'm assuming you already have purchased a standard frame with matte', glass etc. Cut out [however many pictures you have] in squares for the "windows" on the bus. Then use the backing from the frame [flat cardboard] to glue/double-stick tape a "thicker" (approx. twice of the bus) strip onto that, as the same length of your bus. (I hope your following me...?) Then attach IE; glue etc. your bus to that strip (right were the bottom of your cut-out windows are), this will create the depth you need. Then you can simply...slip your pics into the "top" of the buses windows, and change them out as needed. I know this is a long reply, I just hope I explained it well? Good Luck! XOXO Moonpie
