Yahoo! Answers is a place to ask any question that you desire and have people to submit their answers to it. After a few days, you choose a person that you feel supplied you with the best answer to your question. That person then receives 10 pts for a best answer. In addition, you receive points for logging into the system and have points subtracted from you anytime you submit a question.
