It sounds as if you are trying to hard to get the look right, way to much black you could try wearing a dark shade of some other color. Goths don't always wear black, look closely and you will see other colors, just in darker shades then what most people wear.

Don't you think dressing tht way is somewhat offensive to those living the gothic lifestyle, not to mention it perpetuates a stupid stereotype (and it's played out?) Why not make your own costume with stuff you got from thrift shops and altered? Cheap, nifty, DIY.

yup all seems to be right with a goth. maybe just dye your hair black might be easier than trying to keep a wig on all night.

hmmm......goth doesn't necessarily have to be all black. maybe throw some dark red in there or something...other than that it sounds okay...
