"Gas" is created by a few different sources. Sometimes it's just air that you swallowed that's made its way down your gastrointestinal tract and out the other end. However, when a distinct odor accompanies the gas it's usually because the food you ate either wasn't fully digested properly or the chemicals created by the process of digesting your food interacted with trapped waste in your bowel causing it to release gases. Farts usually resemble, in one way or another, the specific meal or meals that they're associated with. So, unless you're eating the exact same thing at every meal, it's quite normal and likely that your farts will smell different each time. :)

As before stated it depends on what you eat. If you eat lots of meat smell is strong, all things are made up of different componets making its chemical compounds when digested the gas is the waste product after releasing that gas it has a distinct odor. After farts usually comes poop.

Its all about what you eat. the bacteria in your intestines create the gas. As for the variable smell, the more meat that you eat the more rotten it will smell because meat has to rot in your intestine to digest it. In a sense rotting meat stinks so will your gas.
