Yes it is. A man will have pre-ejaculation. It comes out before he actually ejaculates. This pre-ejaculation has millions of little sperm in it and can cause pregnancy.

If you don't want to get pregnant you need to use some form of birth control every time. Condoms are a good choice because they help reduce the spread of disease while they are lowering the risk of pregnancy. If condoms are not a good option, think about getting on the pill or the depo shot.
