if you want to become the boy you feel like you need to start by seeing a gender counselor, they will verify if you have gender identity disorder, then get a referal to an endocronologist to start HRT, male hormones will start hair growth in places you didnt have it before and will also deepen your voice. other than that you can start to dress more masculine and see if you feel better when your in a male role.
