i can't swallow pills though, and i just talked to my mom about the whole sex issue and told her that i'm not ready and my boyfriend is in the same boat as i am, and if i ask her if i can go on the pill then she might get suspicious...

Go on the birth control pill. One of the good things about it is that it tends to lessen the overall effects of PMS. I used to get terrible cramps and heavy periods until I went on the pill, then afterwards it was bliss.

Drink some hot tea with lemon, take two pain pills (like Tylenol or Motrin), and get the ThermaCare heat pad. It takes about 30 minutes for everything to kick in and you will start to feel better. You can find ThermaCare in the CVS, Wal-Mart, KMart and most grocery stores. I tell you it works well.

"Try" to take over the counter cramp medicine ie: Midol Lay down in bed with a heating pad, and watch a good movie! Works for me!

relax in the bath
that sometimes helps
or when u go to bed take a hotwater bottle that works as well

you may think this will never work, but excercising helps me, like walking or yoga
