These militias are f'ing up the country, but the media decides to hold the US accountable for the violence instead of the militias. Do they know that if the militias would put down their guns and *gasp* participate in the democratic process, that there wouldn't be a need for violence.

Reasonable answers only. I don't want any idealogical garbage from the left OR the right.

I'll agree it is BS. The US is getting the blame for everything that happens over there. It's said that the US is the cause of what's happening today?

Is there an intelligent person out there who thinks Saddam was a good inlightened despot that should have been left in power? Is there anyone who doesn't hate Bush just because he's a Republican who thinks the US wants a permenant 150K force in Iraq forever? Is there anyone other than extreme liberals who thinks the US wouldn't like to get out of Iraq today and we would have been out of there shorty after the fall of Baghdad IF the idiots hadn't come out of the woodwork?

But you are right the idiots are controlling the asylum. Do you want peace or chaos? The US responds to threats of violence we don't instigate the threat.

I honestly don't even know why we went into Iraq in the first place. The whole thing is just a scence and i dont see how it has dramatically at all changed anything into something good. So yes I agree. This is all just plain BS.

People need to relax, I mean after all...who doesn't love a good bedtime story.
