Is it the Korean or Japanese model? If it's the Korean built car any car except a Kia is better that a suzuki swift.

at each speed yes.
the esteem is better that the swift just off the blocks, most of the bigger sedans can overtake it once they get past 70kmpl. A friend of mine overtook every other car, including a few swifts that were overtaking others, in an INDICA TURBO on the bangalore mysore highway on a slight upslope.
