you cant make inventory out of wonton soup..you will be able to make inventory out of rooster and shrimp... the liquid in wonton soup is often caned rooster inventory..or rooster broth..that chinese language eating places purchase and are offered in large quantities from places like Costco or different wholesale places..

funny story my father in law has a new gf she is straight from china.....anyways she made us some wonton soup a few months back..... it had a weird tast! kinda yucky but we didnt let her know. turns out she used hotdogs because she thought americans used that in their chinese food ilmao she also put hotdogs in the chow main and fryed rice : ] goofy lady!

I think it's pork. I believe that there are more pigs in China than any other type of animal, so they use pork in a lot of their food.
