A woman can only get pregnant around 30% of her cycle – the fertile period is the day of ovulation (normally between days 12-16 of her menstrual cycle) and the days prior when fertile quality cervical mucus is present - sperm can live up to five days in fertile quality cervical mucus, without this mucus they cannot swim to the egg or survive the acidic environment of the vagina.
It is biologically impossible to get pregnant any other time, it is also impossible to accurately predict these times without using methods such as fertility awareness method or natural family planning - although women can use calendar tracking, or equipment like Persona to determine fertile periods if trying to achieve pregnancy, FAM and NFP are the only reliable means to avoid pregnancy by avoiding fertile periods and the best means of pregnacy acheivement [FAM and NFP are highly reliable forms of birth control that work on this biological principle].
I hope you are not having sex, I would say if you are old enough to type you are old enough to learn these things but as people have said your typing/English are not great - this is basic birds and bees stuff.

Yes, you usually ovulate two weeks before your period, so this is the most risky time to be having unprotected sex. But just because other times are less risky, don't think that makes them safe. You may have an irregular cycle and ovulate at an unusual time, sperm can live inside you for several days, not to mention the risk of STDs when you have unprotected sex.

you can get pregnant almost any time and almost any way - abstinence being the only 100% contraceptive.
although all women are different (which is why you can get pregnant at almost any time) in a typical 28 day cycle, week 2 is probably going to be the time of your highest fertility due to the fact that the egg is typically released by the ovaries and on its way to the uterus (ovulation). . . which is the best time to get pregnant.
if you want to avoid getting pregnant, then stop having sex. otherwise, use protection. if your boyfriend refuses, then he isn't really "making love" to you. He's having sex and enjoying himself without consideration for you. if he's not old enough to handle the responsiblity, then guess how responsible he'll be when you tell him he's going to be a father? just ask my sister-in-law who got "caught in the moment" at 18 and is divorced from the father who refuses to pay child support or even visit his own kid

No, the truth is you may get pregnant ANYTIME! If you have 28 day cycles, then yes, you ovulate day 14, 2 weeks before you have your period. Unfortunately, we don't have a crystal ball to tell us when you will have your period. You can use an ovulation prediction kit.
How about trying some birth control?

you can get pregnant anytime you have sex with or with out a condom. the fact is that condoms reduce the risk of pregnancy and your more likely to get pregnant while your ovulating or two week after you period ( your probably hornier than normal during this time too)

Yes. I can't really understand what you mean, but if (for example) if you had your period on 1st day of the month and you had sex on 11th until 16th of this month you could be pregnant. If you don't want a baby please get your man to use condoms, not only for getting pregnant but for diseases. I hope you get the right answer...
