does anyone knows some of the stuff they do to the ppl? the torture things. im curious! it doesnt really show in the commercial

basically the plot of the movie is to survive by any means necessary. like in someof the previous movies you had to gouge out your eye in a certain amount of time to escape. of cut of your own foot. or kill others. or do stuff that reflects a horrible past that you had. for example this girl had was a heroine addict and she quit, then started again. saw made her go into a pool of used heroine needles to find one little key so they could leave.
