At least five or six times.
More when I am temping and don't have to worry about how many sick days the company gives me.
If I am working for a company with a sick day policy, I make sure to take all of them!

I call in "sick" around 4-5 times a year. As far as how many times I'm actually sick, that's a whole other story.

oh probably about 8 times/year but it might be multiple days... and sometimes i will take a full day off if I have a dr appointment. Why bother coming to work? I have the time -- we get lots of vac and sick time here so it's not a hardship to take the time off.
