I think hot topic would be the ideal place. I really don't care for that store but my friend's sister loves mild punk and she shops there.

You can find alot of band stuff and interesting stuff at Hot Topic even though it's the hardcore Punks and Goths that work there you can find good stuff there. First place I found that had a New Found Glory shirt I love them... !!
