It requires your on personal definition of right and wrong, not anyone Else's. If you believe 2 wrongs make a right, then that is true to yourself, but it may not be to anyone else. Moral values vary form person to person.
The answer to your question would be, as many as you want.

I always took that cliché to mean that the exchange rate was at least 3 wrongs to 1 right. You better go with 4 wrongs, tho, just to be safe.

if 2 wrongs don't make a right what makes you think that many wrongs will make a right???
It's time to move on.

Try 2 rights against every wrong and you might teach people how to let go and turn the other cheek. Bad behaviour breeds bad behaviour so you definitely don't want to go down that road......

3 wrongs and lots of church confessions. If youre non religious then alieve your guilt and tell the people who you have wronged to get absolution.

Keep your dignity in tact even if there is something clawing inside you for revenge. In the end you will be the better for holding onto yourself and the belief.
