Sperm? Not much, but then you don't either. Seminal fluid volume is usually about 1 teaspoon or so (1.5 to 5.0 milliliter) per ejaculation; doesn't really change in volume even if you have a vasectomy and sperm cells are no longer present. Usually a guy without a vasectomy will produce 20 - 150 million sperm cells per milliliter.

I just emptied the bucket beside the bed and I had 3 gallons. I knew it was a lot, but I didn't know how much it was. Thanks for asking the question. I'm sure this knowledge will come in handy some day.
