If the NBA allowed a team to move to Las Vegas, realistically, the team that is most likely to move to Las Vegas are the Kings.
The Maloof Brothers would certainly make a huge push to move their team out of Sacramento and to Vegas where they have substantial interests with their casinos. They've already been making a huge fuss over the negotiations for Sacramento to build them a new arena. If allowed to, they would likely use the lack of an acceptable arena as an excuse to move the team.
This is really the most likely scenario and if it happened, I don't think they'd need to change their name. To be honest... the Las Vegas Kings still makes a lot of sense (or maybe they'll rename themselves the Las Vegas Aces just to be bigger LOL)
