You're asking me to grant you perfect lips? Wow. If I could grant perfect anatomical structure just out of the blue, that would be awesome... but I don't think that's possible.

Seriously, though, perfection is impossible. What's really great to one person is often crap to another, and you can't please everyone. What's more, fashion changes all the time.

My advice to you is to forget the make up and make your lips look better by a)smiling genuinely and b)using them well. By that second part, I mean saying constructive things, being nice, and standing up for people... not the other way that one might read into it. Just a disclaimer.

But that is what will make you truly beautiful. The rest does not matter.

u can use a cherry colored lipgloss. it has a hint of red in it. and to make ur lips fuller use a lipliner the color of ur lipgloss or lipstick. line the lips on the edge and fill them with a lip brush and alway use a lip gloss that gives the impression of fuller lips.

ok first outline your lips with a natural colored lipliner. as close to your color as possible. put more emphasis on the bottom middle portion of your lip. and to the top middle portion of your lip. ya know the cupids bow. then get a reddish pink lip gloss to fill those puckers in. hope this helps.

If you want to plump up your lips a bit there's a great product called "lip venom", if you want to have that rosie/red color try a lip stain; Lorac has a great lip stain that I recommend.

cool aid, no just kidding. I have heard about various lipgloss and balms that actually have a stinging and pepper effect. they are supposed to make you lips appear swollen. You can also suck on your lips abit before you apply lip gloss to give them that puffy look.

lip fusion before lipgloss. I swear. it works WONDERSSSSSS. Also, lip venom's not too shabby. wear underneath MAC lipgloss in PURRR.
