Email ... because I can deal with it when *I'm* ready, instead of being chained to the phone. (If it's a quick question or conversation, the phone is better, but in most cases, I prefer email.)

Another advantage to email responses, is there is a record of the issue, although this is usually most advantageous for business communications.

If I had a cell phone I'd use it instead of e-mail. It's just too easy for an e-mail message not to go through--or for someone to claim it didn't. Plus, two-way communication is way more efficient than one-way.

I prefer Email because my job requires me to be on the phone A LOT and I've gotten to the point where I'd rather not talk on the phone if I don't have to!♥

Cell because e-mails can be read wrong, it can be difficult to establish if someone is ginuine or not you can mistake things like sarcasm and also emotions will be difficult to understand. over the phone you can hear emotions in a persons voice.

email, tho i know it loses something in translation. I have more time to think about what I'm "saying". I don't need to instant feedback that a cell phone provides.
