I'll agree w/ some of the others about the thought of checking in w/ Massachusetts, however, I get the feeling that you're looking for more. If that's the case and you're wondering what's on the "books" in different states, I believe you'll have to just do some searching. I know that there are a number of states w/ the issue on the ballot this mid-term election. A NY legislator has just indicated that he'll push to have it legalized. . . NJ has NOTHING on the books right now--not even anything that "defines" marriage as one man and one woman. . . you've got a lot of homework ahead of you!

Since ONLY ONE state has legal same sex marriage, I'd assume you'd find most "stats" through the State of Massechusetts.

There aren't any - the US is still struggle with the issue so there are no real statistics for the Nation - Try searching for the States that allow it which I think is MA and NJ

Well, since it's never been legal until last year, and only in Massachusetts you probably can't find any.
