It might lend more credence to your opinion if you had spelled his name correctly. It's "Limbaugh."
He's a right-leaning sort of guy, and so he's got his loyal followers, much like the left-leaning Al Frankens of the world. He's not really a "news guy," more of an opinionated commentator. He's entitled to his opinion. We don't have to listen to him.

Oh, trust me, he is not limbo (he can't bend forward, much less backward), his name is Limbaugh, and unlike the dance/game limbo, he could not be less flexible on the views he discusses on his radio/television shows.(see sensationalism in media)
