someone who has to lie even when the truth would be better sufferes from a Munch(h)ausen Complex. That is different from a Munch(h) syndrome by proxy.

The reason the H is in parenthesis, is that the person these problems are named after was Baron Munchhausen, but most psychologists don't even know who he is.
