I don't think I understand your question. Do hippies have to wear a uniform or something to be a hippie? Do you mean a neo-hippie or like an actual hippie? Don't generalize and stereotype people, it's not polite.

Depends on how high they were on drugs. Sometimes they'd where normal 60s and 70s clothes. If they were high, sometimes they wouldn't wear anything at all.
