I can do it if called upon to do so. Part of my old job. usually though just getting to speak to another person is enough to calm them down. But I have had to be no-nonsense with them before and people respond to me when I say 'hey, we can resolve this problem or you can yell at me it's your choice. I don't know about you but I'd like to resolve the problem...' they usually realize then that they're being overly aggressive. Either it pisses them off more and that's the last we see of them, lol, or they take a deep breath and try to be productive

definite i'm feeling aggressive. i'm in fourth year at intense college, third day back and that i've got detention for guffawing at my buddy via fact she laddered her tights top the way up. MY FIRST EVER DETENTION. Then i've got found out that my 'ultimate buddy' has been flirting with the boy i like while she is acquainted with i'm in love with him!! :(

I think it is a talent unique to you. Which means you should be able to make a ton of $$$ with it.
