It should be other way around. Indian political parties are rich and corrupt and they can fund CIA if they are anyway useful to them.

No one should say confidently "yes" without having proof but possibility is there. The main reason is Americian strategy to have roots every where and the second reason is our priority for selfishness over nationalistic attitude.
