I am after a 3 or 2 piece suit (Cream or white for my sisters wedding) something similar to the link below:

The only problem being that I am small chested and I may need a slim tailored fit, can some reccommend anything.

Ohhh...I thought you were being Tony Montana for Halloween. Check out tuxedo rentals. They normally carry suits too.
