What do I do with Edgerrin James? Is it time to trade him for next to nothing? I'm leaning towards giving him one more chance against Green Bay this weekend. My other choice is Deuce McAllister against Baltimorre. What should I do?

The rest of my team is...
QB - McNabb, Leftwich
RB - Ronnie Brown (bye this week), E. James, Chester Taylor (im starting him), McAllister
WR - Chambers, Reggie Brown, Branch, Fitzgerald, Reggie Williams, Derrick Mason
TE - LJ Smith
K - John Kasay
D - Dallas
(12 team head to head league) (im in first place in my league but lost last week)

I traded Maroney for Fitzgerald the week before he got hurt.

Use Edge one more week I doubt you will find anyone better out there. McAllister has a tough match up.

McAllister is producing, even sharing the rock with Bush. I think Edge brought this on himself. The Colts O-line was never that great to begin with, as we all can see now, but the fact remains that Defenses had to play the play action pass from Manning, thus not pinning their ears back and concentrating on Egde. He had a great situation on a contending team and what does he do, he goes to a week team that has rarely made the playoffs for what, MORE MONEY!!! All of the pounding he is receiving he deserves. He begged to be the Big man on campus and put the team on his shoulders, and then he fumbles the ball and gives the Bears momentum which ultimately cost them the game. Edge is a good Rb, but playing in the Colts Offense, made him "appear" to be a borderline great Rb, which he is not.

give him the start this week since ronnie brown is on a bye

if you still want to get rid of him I would try to package him with branch and reggie brown. your receivers are pretty good and fitzgerald should be back soon so you can live with that for maybe another week after this one. see if you can get a quality receiver in the deal. im assuming you start three receivers with no flex option so your trio of running backs is fine to have. If you could get a really good receiver for edge and say brown, then you can start fitzgerald (when healthy), branch / chambers, and the other receiver

As far as Edge goes it sucks for him because he looks bad when in fact it's t he O-line which may be the worst in football, yeah worse then Houston's. When it comes to fantasy though I just feel that McAllister is a better bet then Edge because he has a decoy like Reggie.

Arizona actual has a destiny now. With Leinart on the crew, the area now contained in the backfield and L.Fitzgerald and A.Boldin because the WRs, this offense has change right into a danger. The protection definintely needs artwork, yet in destiny drafts, they'll address those needs. I say James made a huge decision, and he can help you Arizona attain the playoffs interior of 5 years.

He's on my fantasy team. I hold him as a back up just in case he happens to get hot. But if you are in need another back, trade him immeidately.
