Emily, I know you're only 16 but you're going to run into trouble in life if you don't answer this question yourself. The reason why teachers ask you to think about questions like this is because it really will affect your future. So instead of asking people on Yahoo Answers, seriously try to think about what things you like to do and are good at. There are a lot of resources for this on the internet, pages that help you decide what career best suits you. Try to google "career development" and you'll find lots of good pages on the subject.

So please take the homework seriously and ask your family and friends, not the random people on this website!

Teaching is always a good fall back idea. You can mention lecturing or IT Training or HR Training if you don't want to work in a school. Soft skills such as Time Management etc sell well and mean that you can concentrate on psychology.

With history you could talk about working in a museum or library.

Which subject are you most interested in, you could say you want to pursue a career in that.

Alternatively, be honest, say that you don't know what you want to do yet because most interesting people still don't know at 25 what they want to do and end up falling into something by accident that they love.
