Various shades of brown look amazing with green eyes. Which shades you use depends on how intense and dramatic you want the effect to be. For evenings or going to parites, you should use shadow with bronze or gold tones and maybe a hint of sparkle. For daytime, you want to stick with a neutral shadow palette in shades of brown. You can pick them up at drugstores. Cover Girl has a good one that has four colors- dark brown, medium brown, taupe, and light tan. What you want to do is cover the entire lid in the medium shade, put some of the darkest color along the crease of your eyelids (the part that closes, and run the light tan color underneath your brow to illuminate your arches. Make sure to blend well because you don't want to see tacky dividing lines. The taupe color in the pack works nicely if you want to try shading the outer corners of your eyes ever so slightly. Use a brown eyeliner, because I think black makes green eyes look too severe.

To make your eyes POP, you should wear the opposite color of your eyes.....
Blue Eyes - wear greens and browns
Green Eyes - blues and browns
Brown Eyes - I always thought I was deprived for having brown eyes....but brown eyed people can get away with ANY color to make them POP
I wear a different color almost everyday...whatever color my shirt is!
