aaar you poor thing. Take it back to where you got it and ask them to swap it for a new one..it shouldnt matter if you have not got the receipt as its a faulty item.(as long as you havent over stretched it with all your man things in it).

Take it back to the store with the bill and have it exchanged. Failing that, go to a leather or shoe repair place and have it fixed.
