How can I line-up a job in Gibraltar, in advance of moving there?

I am going to move near to Spain in March, near to the Gibraltar border. I would love to get some employer contacts in advance. Any help much appreciated.

get online and register with some agencies, my friend did that before moving to gibraltar, she got a job working for barclays bank xxx
