no he does not, in fact he is no longer on earth. Elvis went back home to the andromeda galaxie, he is right now vacationing in x377gl5, the fourth planet down from zz88vl2, if you were togo to the fluhgnamba bar on the corner of 12th and 33rd street, you would most likely find him there. If he isn't there, then ask the bartender, wegtred, he can tell you where Elvis is.. I think Elvis plans on coming back to earth next year to do a benefit concert with the red hot chili peppers to raise money for all the underprivledged white kids in palm beach. Two years ago he was in istanbul pretending to be a snake charmer, but he was recognized and had to leave the planet.
