for some reason my computer wont play sound.?

my pc will not play mp3 music anymore through players like windows and realplayer yet it will play music on games and things. before you ask.... yes i do have the volume turned up and its not on mute cheers

Turn on advanced volume control to display all your mixer bars. Check to see the mute button is checked on any of those, or if the volume is set too low.

re install the sound drivers
