go to device manager
select display adapters
right click your display adapter (graphics card) click properties.
click the driver tab.

Go to Control Panel, System, Click on Hardware, Device Manager and look there for the brand of graphics card. All hardware is listed.

should say on the box or card itself i have an Nvidia 6800 or if your talking about which graphic card driver you have goto Control Panel/System/Hardware/Device Manager then click the + by "display drivers" then right click your display driver and goto Properties then click the "driver" tab and it should tell you the driver version you are currently using hope this helps

Monitor name on graphics card name.
