maybe somebody out there is selling his or her house?small size is not an issue.preferablly at the main city of baguio.

My mom is in Baguio. Although she doesn't have a computer, I can get in touch and get info. What are your plans anyway? Stay there permanently? Or few months? Since if you get hotel, you might be able to get hotel for a year for million pesos (and you don't have to worry about taxes, utilities, you don't even have to make your own bed! Lol...)

Maybe you can buy house and lot in baguio for a million but then its hard to find a quality ,safe home and great surrounding. But why settle for that if you can have a brand new house in the most convenient payment scheme for the best places in Baguio City,and the good thing is that after meeting a certain payment( percentage of the total price) you will be able to move in and or use the unit for rent so that income can be used to pay the remaining balance.... there are a lot of new cheap houses around naguillan road selling for around 1million more or less.
