At STP, one mole of any gas (monoatomic, diatomic, triatomic, etc.) will occupy 22.414 liters.
You know you have nitrogen gas (N2), and you have one mole of N2, so you have TWO moles of nitrogen atoms. The atomic mass of nitrogen is 14.0067 g/mole, and you have two moles, so:
2 mole * 14.0067 g/mole = 28.0134 grams.
Rounding off to the tenths, you have 28.0 grams of nitrogen

You have to figure out the mols first, using the volume. One mol of N2 will occupy 22.414L at STP.
