The answer to this question is a no brainer. The whole administration has complete disregard for the constitution while pretending to defend it.

I think Dick Cheney has more brains than the president, because he is the one running this country. But then again he is doing a terrible job, and Bush is the one getting the blame. Oh and the white house doesnt use the constitution for toilet paper, but I can explain about the poop stains. Bush likes to crawl on all fours naked, and he pretends he is a puppy, so when ever he takes a dumb on the living room floor, they have to use the constitution to pick it up. If you think thats bad, they use the bill of rights to mop up Bush's pee. To bad the retard aint house trained. Did you know that George W. Bush thinks that the bill of rights are what Bill Clinton's rights are? He thinks there should be a george of rights also. Man he is straight up retarded. WTF were people thinking when they voted for him. They must of been just as brainless as Dick "Bad Aim" Cheney.

When Cheney said "No Brainer", Bush probably thought that Cheney was addressing him.

Good - if he thinks it is alright, then perhaps he should have it done to himself.
