In "Fergalicious," they sampled JJ Fad's "Supersonic", and Afro-Rican's "Give It All You Got."

Fergie said it herself in the following interview (view source), where you can find lots of interesting info on Fergie and her new CD "The Dutchess"

It's Supersonic by JJ Fad. I grew up listening to that song, all day...every day. I knew the girls personally! The first time I heard Fergalicious...I said...Fergie bit that off JJ Fad....and sure enough, when I read the credits...It shows, Dania Maria Birks, and Juana Michelle Burns. Those are two of the original members (Dania is Baby D....and Juana is Mc JB) of JJ Fad who wrote the lyrics to Supersonic.
