It's Polish, as you probably knew already. The first bit is "Good morning / good day", I'm still working on the second bit!

Could mean something like "welcome to our family" - if that makes sense . . .

Yes, it's "hello" in Polish. Not sure of the second sentence, but I think the previous person is on the right track. Sorry, I only studied Czech, which is somewhat different.
