they might desire to prohibit them thoroughly (different than for sparklers for the youngsters) and function organised reflects purely. Its previous me, why, with each and all of the warnings we get on television coming as much as November , supermarkets and shops nonetheless proceed to sell them. Why? All they might desire to do is say they're risky and that they do no longer choose for to sell them. Why wont they?year in, year out, we pay attention thoughts of persons maimed or killed via fireworks, yet they're nonetheless felony, the fireworks are starting to be better and greater explosive, and yet no person interior the goverment sees this as a reason to prohibit them. Can somebody tell me why well-being & protection can ban youngsters from taking part in conkers in case it takes their eye out, yet wont ban fireworks ? What do you think of is the main deadly?

You can buy fireworks all year round.I suppose it`s about supply and demand , if someone wants to buy something there will be someone willing to sell it.The only way to change things would be a change in the law. Then only organised displays would be allowed, perhaps local authorities could issue licences to people who want fireworks at other special events e.g birthdays & new years celibrations.until then it`s bang bang all night.
thanks Andy

Because once again Tony Blair has failed to as he promised when he first came to power, to do something about fireworks.
But then again living in downing street where he doesn`t have to face reality like the normal people do why should he worry about it
