Attach it in a Word document. Don't copy and paste it to the body as not everybody uses viewers that allow for HTML or even Word code.

Do your resume in Word and attach it to the email.

use plain text resume to paste into body of email, and then attach a nice formatted word doc to the mail.

use your attatcment, then get resume from your documents and attach
