Do you think that you need to be dressed as something 'scary' or 'dark' for Halloween (in England)? The last couple of Halloween's I had were in Canada and there anything goes...but tomorrow I'm going to a party with lots of people I don't know and I'm not sure if it'll be looked on as weird to go as something that isn't remotely scary...what do you think? As many opinions as possible would be welcomed..cos if you think it's fine, then so will people tomorrow...

Wandermind - is that meant to be profound, or just abusive? Don't get it.

Don't see why I would get abuse. I live in England. I find it very frustrating when people are so pedantic when I'm not trying to piss anyone off.

Do you mean England or Britain? If you do mean Britain then refer to the countrty as that or you are going to get on the wrong side of many Scots and Welsh people!?! Secondly in BRITAIN we don't always dress up as scary things. I've seen angels, hula girls, cheerleaders and a can of beans. All in Britain. So you should be ok going as what you want. Happy Halloween!x!

In ENGLAND, you can go out as anything you want - monster, ghoul, witch, vampire, that sort of thing. Relax and have fun.

Have a great Halloween!

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
If you like dressing up,then don't go over the top.
Everybodies taste is different,so do what feels right to you.

Yeah, it's best to be traditional if you don't know how others will be dressed. Safe and easy!!!
