Chris Evert eh great player...hmmm but i doubt it is going to be worth to much quite possibly $70 if your lucky, the tennis scene isnt doing so well in US right now and so if i were you i would keep that racquet wait a bit maybe a year or 6 months when tennis season comes around and they are all beginning to get in the tennis swing again and probably rack up $85-90 on the racquet.

A tennis rachet. Is that a mechanic's tool? A tennis raquet with her name might be worth something.

An autograph. Probably 40 dollars. Put it on eBay and find out. Use a reserve if you want to keep it. Overall the collectible market has gone to crud the last few years.

YOU MEAN A RAQUET?? CALL A TENNIS PRO SHOP

TELL THEM WHAT YOUR GRANDDAD LEFT YOU

AND THEY'LL ASK WHAT KIND OF SHAPE IS IT IN

TELL THEM MINT AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY.

IF IT IS JUST A CHRIS EVERT RAQUET NOT MUCH

BUT IF SHE PLAYED WITH IT MAYBE A BUNCH

CALL 2 OR 4 OF THE SHOPS AND SEE

WHAT THEY SAY.

If you want to sell it, check out the Talk Tennis boards. There is a Sell/Trade section which I think is way better the any E-Bay.

It's a fourm so there is a great community to "talk tennis"!

Contact Chris and ask her if she wants to buy it to find out what it is worth.

I have the same thing...it was a mass produced wooden racket and is probably not worth much.
