How does one clean PCV sub-terrian pipes without destorying them is there a chemical mix? There is dirt in the lines also.

There is almost nothing in the line of cleaning stuff that can destroy a PCV pipe. That is why chemical plants use them. If you want to get the dirt out you have to think about where those chemicals you are pouring in will end up.

Try stuffing a hose all the way through the pipe. Turn it on with the nozzle set to a jet stream. Then pull it back slowly to wash any dirt through.

draino dissolves the epoxy or whatever stuff they use to connect the pipes so use high pressure water and one of those drain snakes
