Does anyone know where you can get yankee candle's potpourri wax tarts for really cheap. My friend has some that she got for .95 cents but she won't tell me where she got them( great friend!). I was just wondering if there was a magazine or something I could order them from.

Are they cheaper at wholesale places?

E-bay often has them
and sometimes the 99 cent stores have overstock or discontinued supplies

Now and again they show up at the Big Lots, and the Dollar stores especially when they discontinue a scent. I've purchased them for as little as 75 cents there and buy up whatever stock they have.

A Hint: You can also make them yourself. Buy a Yankee candle in the scent you desire. Get a candle warmer at one of the big discounters for $4.99. Once the candle won't light anymore place the candle on the warmer to melt the wax. Also at the discounters, kitchen stores and bedding/linen stores they sell little metal tart tins, usually in the baking department for under $1.00. Fill the little tins with the melted wax and viola, you have made your own wax tart. Just pop them out of the tins and use them on your wax melter! Great way to maximize the wax with little expense and I ususally have enough candle wax remaining in the jar to make several.

Personally think yankee candles are overpriced, do you have a "dollar store" anywhere near you?
