Yes... my aunt. She's been out for at least a decade. I also have a cousin that everyone is sure is gay but he hasn't come out. I'm sure he will eventually.

Yes, my Uncle who's almost 80, came out to my Aunt several years ago. He's suffered from severe depression because of his inability to accept himself as gay and has tried several times to commit suicide over it.
He was raised a devout Catholic, so knowing he was gay went against his religious upbringing and created terrible conflicts internally.

Because of his age and his ill health, my Aunt and Uncle have decided to remain married. He does love her, but only because they have always been faithful to each other. It's not a romantic love, it's more a perfunctory kind of love.

I am 51 years old and proud to be Gay and have been for over 30 years....recently came back home after being gone for 14 years and discovered that my younger brother had come out and divorced his wife and is now living with a gay guy....Don't you think that this is a million to one chances that this would happen between two brothers especially when we are over twenty years apart?

None that I know of for definite, but my mum thinks her aunt was a lesbian, because she never married and lived with a female friend for about 20 years, but I only found that out after she had died, so I'm not certain. It's a shame she never came out. I haven't got a big family, though - no brothers or sisters, and only 2 cousins, both straight as far as I know.

My sister is gay, my girlfriend's sister is gay, I know identical twins who are both gay. If you're asking about genetic tendencies, I think its obvious that homosexuality runs in families.
