does anyone know where i can find a volkswagon beetle 1998 and up for under 4000 dollars?? new york sucks.. they overcharge on cars because cars are in such high demand in areas like new york

Check out http://www.craigslist.org
You can probably find one for about that price, but the truth is those cars had transmission problems so caveat emptor.
