My husband and I have been having unprotected sex for a year now. But I always start my period on time. This month it was on time but only lasted a day. It was also very heavy and It looked like tissue came out as well. Could I be prego? Or is that normal?

It was probaly just clotting or something like that, or else an early misscarriage. I had something similar happen one time, i missed my period a couple months and then i had a really heavy short period and there was the same thing, although there was grayish parts to it :s I'm pretty sure it was some kind of early miscarriage, probaly for the best though in my case, it was a bad time in my life.

Hmmm... im serioulsy not sure cause if you were to be pregnant, the day you bled it shouldve been light & not very noticable just spotting a little. Also if it was a miscarriage, you would have been bleeding for a while with also tisse like substance in the blood. If you until to have abnormal things occuring I would take a pregnancy test.

OMG definite!!! I completely agree! i'm attempting to alter right into a doctor, ok? So of path i think of that being pregnant is the final term. If you're period was short and a bit ahead of time, it could be a sign that a fertilized egg has implanted on the uterus... in that case you would be pregnant, so I would advise a pregnancy test. This happened to me... my period was 1 week ahead of time, only lasted 2 days (mine are usually 5 days) and wasn't has abundant as usual... and I was pregnant!

See a doctor ASAP. This happened to me and was an early miscarriage. You should be fine but they need to make sure you have no residue left inside you, or else it coud cause a serious infection. It's not likely you'll need any further treatment but it could affect future fertility if there is a problem and you don't get it seen to. Not meaning to scare you.

i would say you have had a misscarrage especially has your period was very heavy it sounds like everything has come out i would see the doctor im sorry to be blunt but this is what it sounds like
