Charter couldn't help her but gave her a couple of web sites to go for help. (Probably going to be one of those where you pay by the minute??) Does she had a choice? They are sending mail back to sender, with the notation that "Mailbox too full." They offered a bigger box for $30 or so! How can 6 or 8 emails fill a mailbox?

There could be huge attachments on the messages she's keeping. She should check her sent folder, although it could be an error on Charter's part...

First of all u'll not get a msg saying "Mailbox too full", it can be that it said "Mailbox Full", or "Not adequate storage". And besides check ur sent items, the space in sent msgs also counts and u may have something heavy in ur saved folders.
