Got any tips? I've heard that applying councealer to your eye lids before the eye shadow, can help. Is this true? Got any other ideas?

I'm going to a Halloween party tomarrow night, and I want to make sure my make-up stays in place for as long as possible!

to make ANY MAKE UP last longer apply it over concealer colour base and then use clear or same-coloured powder over top ( that goes for lips too!).

OMG! I second Noreen's comment! Yes UD's Primer is the way to go! Theres also another brand called twofaced shadow assurance. I've never used it but have heard its just as good as UD's Primer. Be prepared to drop some dough though on these products. A primer runs about $17. But so worth it. They last a long time and if you get UD's primer you can cut it open and get A LOT more out of it and put it in a little container for use.

Yes, applying foundation or concealer to your lids before applying the liner and shadow will help it stay on longer and hide the shine.

If you have powder, use it. Use it everywhere. It will keep the make-up on longer and stop from melting in heat. Also, unless you are a vampire for halloween, don't use a whole lot and it won't come off as easy. I hope i helped

loreal and clinique sell very good eyeshadow bases to keep eyeshadow and liner lasting longer. Also face powder over your eyelids will help the makeup stay on longer too.

Put concealer or foundation on your eyelids and then set it with powder. This should help it stay on your lids longer :)
